I ordered this from chiplab.com and honestly... I wasn’t impressed. The product felt kind of cheap right away, and it didn’t work the way I expected. It started lagging a lot after just a few uses, which got frustrating fast. I reached out to support too, but they weren’t really much help. Overall, not something I’d buy again

"I tried to place an order twice..."
I tried to place an order twice, but the site was so confusing and the checkout kept freezing on me. At a certain point I was just sitting there thinking, how is this okay? I ended up giving up because it was way more hassle than it should’ve been

"Return process was way more stressful than it should’ve been"
Maybe I’m a little picky about customer service, but returning my order was such a pain. The website made it sound straightforward, then support gave me different info, so I was stuck waiting around for someone to actually clarify what I was supposed to do.

The refund also took much longer than I expected, and the replies I got felt like they barely read what I’d already explained. I ended up having to follow up more than once, which just rubbed me the wrong way. Personally, I wouldn’t order from Chiplab again.

"Support took a bit, but they came through"
I was a little nervous at first because support was slower than I expected, and I started wondering if I was getting fooled or just being ignored. But they did eventually get back to me and helped fix my issue, so it worked out in the end. I just wish the response time had been faster

"Slow delivery and broken promises"
I ordered from chiplab.com because they made it seem like delivery would be quick and straightforward. That definitely wasn’t the case. The order took way longer than what they promised, which was really frustrating.

The tracking was barely useful and hardly updated, so I kept having to check on it myself. When I contacted support, the replies were short and didn’t actually answer anything. They basically just told me to keep waiting, even though the timeline they gave me had already passed.

By the time the package finally showed up, I didn’t even need it anymore. If they had been honest about the delivery time from the start, I could’ve planned differently. Overall, it felt like a bunch of broken promises, and I wouldn’t order again if timing matters.

"It was a pain to set up"
I tried getting it installed, but the setup guide just kind of lost me. I got stuck quickly, and it didn’t really give me much to go on.

"Honestly... just felt overpriced"
I paid more than I probably should have, and... it really didn’t feel worth it for what I got. I don’t think I’d buy it again.
